Bureau Fleur provides guidance, diagnostics and consultation in the areas of parenting, development and behaviour. The content and duration of a programme are determined in consultation.

3. Appointments and cancellation

Appointments can be scheduled in consultation. In case of late cancellation or non-attendance, a session may be charged.

4. Fees and payment

The applicable fees are listed on the website. Invoices must be paid within the specified payment period.

5. Confidentiality

All information discussed during a programme is treated confidentially, unless there is a legal obligation or a situation where safety is at risk.

6. Liability

Bureau Fleur is not liable for indirect damages resulting from guidance or advice.

7. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied, it is advised to first discuss this directly. If necessary, the complaints procedure listed on the website can be used.

8. Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
