Fees
Bureau Fleur offers an overview of fees for consultation, guidance and assessment. Bureau Fleur works privately. There are no contracts with health insurers or municipalities. In some cases, (partial) reimbursement may be possible through insurance; this depends on the conditions of the policy.
All programmes are tailored to the situation, all fees are guidelines. Before we start, we always discuss together what is appropriate, what is needed and what the costs will be, so that you know what to expect.

A thorough exploration of concerns, background and goals. Including preparation and written notes.
This trajectory is suitable for children and adolescents who are experiencing difficulties in their development, for example in school, in their behaviour or in managing their emotions. The programme offers understanding, structure and depth in 3 months. Sessions are scheduled in consultation.
- Intake session (60 minutes)
- 6 sessions with child or adolescent (60 minutes)
- 2 parent sessions (60 minutes)
- Evaluation and closing session with written summary (60 minutes)
Exploratory assessment — € 695
For specific questions about one area of development, i.e. cognitive, emotional or behavioural. Includes intake, one or two testing moments and a brief advisory conversation with verbal feedback.
Comprehensive diagnostic assessment — € 1195
For broader or more complex questions about behaviour, development or learning. Includes intake, multiple testing moments, observation, an extensive written report and an advisory conversation with written feedback.
The exact cost of diagnostic assessment is determined in consultation, depending on the question and the extent of the assessment.
- Individual coaching: € 125 per 60 minutes
- Case consultation: € 125 per hour
- Intervision or team guidance: by arrangement (depending on duration and group size)
Payment Invoicing takes place by arrangement per session or per programme. Payment is due within 14 days.
Cancellation Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be charged.
