Reflection and coaching for professionals

I support behavioural specialists, psychologists, internal supervisors and other professionals in healthcare, youth care and education who work with complex cases.

My background is in care for people with visual impairments and additional complex needs, where I worked for many years in multidisciplinary teams. I have extensive experience with:

• Trauma and attachment-related difficulties

I know the dynamics of large organisations. I understand how system pressure, productivity targets, organisational choices and team processes affect individual cases, and how this can sometimes clash with your professional compass.
